「ES」刻印とは「Eugene Sartory」のパーソナル・ストック（古材）を使用して作られた「証」です。
現代弓でありながらオールドボウの世界観、特に名弓：ウジェーヌ・サルトリーを彷彿とさせるキレのあるボウイングと、潤いのある倍音を楽しんで頂けます。

The frog and the button were made by me and the stick by Eugene SARTORY.
This violin bow is mount with an ebony and silver frog, with a square heel, with iridescent mother-of-pearl eyes decorating swith ilver circled and adjuster with silver rings.
The stick of this bow is in pernambuco of remarkable quarity. It comes from the historical stock left by Eugene SARTORY, prestigious bow maker, at his death, and which Christophe Schaeffer in herited.
The color of this stick is naturaly orange cherry red.
The bow head was made by E.Sartory. The chamfreins by C.Schaeffer.
The tip is in ivory.
The lapping is in silver thread on silk with lizard band.
The bow weight is 60.60 grams.
Is is branded withmy name and the initials of Eugene Sartory "CHRISTOPHE SCHAEFFER E S".
